Inclement Weather Cancellations: Weather closings will be posted our web
site www.dcgymandcheer.com and on a recorded message at the studio no later
than 3:30pm. If classes are cancelled due to weather conditions you will be
given the option of taking an extra class as a make up. We will not reschedule
missed classes or offer refunds for classes cancelled due to weather conditions.
Payment options: All payments must be made by check or cash. All returned
checks will be charged $25.00 service fee. After receiving a second returned
check, those customers will be required to pay by cash or money order.
Missed classes: Missed classes may be made up by taking an extra class at
any time. Please see someone at the front desk to get the appropriate class
make up schedule. You will need a class make up card in order to participate in
a class you are not regularly scheduled for. We will not refund fees or discount
tuition for missed classes.
NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.

any class due to insufficient enrollment.
Dress Codes are as follows: Dance Classes must wear tight fitting dance
shorts, pants, leotards or dance tops. Tights are also required for certain ballet
classes. Gymnastics classes must wear leotards (no tights) or tight fitting tops
with cotton stretch shorts. Cheer classes must wear tight fitting tops and cotton
stretch shorts. No Street clothes or shoes allowed in any classes. See schedule
for shoe requirements.

Session Dates 2008-2009
We have two sessions for 2008-2009. Our Fall session consists of exactly 14
classes and our Winter/Spring session consists of exactly 20 classes. Tuition will
be due in monthly installments September thru May (December tuition will be half).
Tuition fees received by the 7th of each month will be charged the discount
rate. All tuition fees received after the 7th of each month will be charged the
regular rate. If tuition fees are not paid by the 10th of the month all class
privileges will be halted. Unlike other studios and gyms - you are not charged
for holidays and you are given the option of making up classes missed due to
weather closings. We have scheduled an extended Christmas break and a
Spring break, none of which you pay for. You truly get exactly what you pay for. We
believe the best value around!
