Inclement Weather Cancellations: Weather closings will be posted our web
site www.dcgymandcheer.com and on a recorded message at the studio no later
than 3:30pm. If classes are cancelled due to weather conditions you will be
given the option of taking an extra class as a make up. We will not reschedule
missed classes or offer refunds for classes cancelled due to weather conditions.
Payment options: All payments must be made by check or cash. All returned
checks will be charged $25.00 service fee. After receiving a second returned
check, those customers will be required to pay by cash or money order.
NO REFUNDS will be given.
Dance Craze Gymnastics and Cheer reserves the right to cancel and or combine
any class due to insufficient enrollment.
Dress Codes are as follows: Dance Classes must wear tight fitting dance
shorts, pants, leotards or dance tops. Tights are also required for certain ballet
classes. Gymnastics classes must wear leotards (no tights) or tight fitting tops
with cotton stretch shorts. Cheer classes must wear tight fitting tops and cotton
stretch shorts. No Street clothes or shoes allowed in any classes. See schedule
for shoe requirements.
Session Rates 2008-2009
Please note these are NOT monthly rates. These rates are for 8 classes
in total. The “discount rate dates” are the dates fees are due for each
session. For paying on time you receive a $10.00 discount. All fees that
are paid after the discount rate date will be charged the regular rate fee.
Any fees not received by the session start date will result in the student
being dropped from their class/classes and their spot will be filled by the
next student on the waiting list. You will be given the option to pay your
session fees in 2 payments. We will require a check or cash for half of
the session fee and a post dated check for the balance. Your post dated
check will be deposited after the third class of the session.

Policies and Tuition
Session Dates 2008-2009
Our season is divided into 5 sessions. Each session will consist of exactly 8
classes (except for session 5 which will be 4 classes). The rates are based on 8
classes instead of the monthly class rate. This way you get exactly what you are
paying for. In the past the monthly rate was the same whether it was a 3 or 5 week
month. Also some classes were short changed due to holidays such as
Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have set up the sessions so that you will not be
charged for any holidays. Every session has exactly 8 classes and that is all you
pay for. You will get an extended Thanksgiving and Christmas break and a Spring
Break as well.
- No food or drink (other than water) or chewing gum allowed during class.
- Hair should be pulled away from the face and off of the neck.
- Always use restroom before class starts.
- Mark all belongings with name or initials. We will not be responsible for lost
items.
- Follow dress codes.
